nothin special, but hittin PR's always feels good
nice job man
nice shit, keep it up
wow awesome. i would love to be able to do that. i'm aiming for 155x5 right now
what did you hit bro? Sorry youtube blocked at work
215 for a triple
I did overhead barbell press today for the first time uh... ever. 4th set I did 155x8 easily. I really should have slapped more weight on there and see what I can do but I was running out of time.
Nice job, and hardcore lifting in the driveway.
now if the weight woulda fell behind you...... bumper plates are your friend. www.biggerfasterstronger.com
whats your height and weight? Nice job by the way.
18 y/o 6'1.5" 228ish
Working out in your driveway ftw.
i'de love to do that too
good work bud!!!
finally watched it. pretty dang awesome man!
I found the clean technique interesting too, how much can you do on that lift?
what are your bench #'s like in comparison?
shrug, the pr is whatever. nice job, but it will be broken soon. what i came to post is this:
fucking cool training environment. sunshine, weights, heavy music... that was dope
good job but wouldn't you want to call that push press?
I rarely ever bench as it really doesn't have much carryover to my goal, but the last time I inclined whih was about a month ago I put up 225 for 3 or so
my hang clean form is a joke but right around 225 it gets tough doing it the way I do. As long as I get the weight up it's all matters. I'll prolly do something similar to this if the clean portion is a limiting factor
I have nothing against benching but i feel it doesn't benefit me much ya dig
Alot of strongmen go around with the attitude that benching is absolute garbage, I'm kinda on the fence
k, how about squat and dead numbers for comparison?
