I know you guys will probably be like "just make your own!" well guess what, i tried that in the last thread about making yoru own and they never hardened. in fact they are still sitting in the fridge cause i don't want to scrape them in the trash and clean the pan. so anyways, i'm going to buy some.

I have had Detour and U-Turn bars and they are pretty good. The costco premier bars are OK for the price. Someone recommended me the ABB steel bars and I tried one and i didn't think it was that good.

    what should i get?

eating food is good. but good food requires preparation which i don't always have time for. and sometimes i just get sick of drinking a liquid diet. trust me, i've had alot of shakes in my day.

the power bar protein plus are the best nutrition wise, like 1g sugar, 21g protein per bar. I like the taste too, but they might be kind of bland for some people.

Sam's Club has some protein bars that are 85 cents each and have 30g of protein. The only problem is that soy protein is the first ingredient listed for them.

Most healthy would be a natural, but they don't tend to taste too well, but i stomach them everyday,

edit: thought this was referring to just protein, not bars
