For a couple days now I'm having pain on the other side of my elbow closer to my bicep. It feels like its beneath the muscle. It not very painful but its just enough to kinda kill my strength on the first rep and after a set. During the set its fine. It hurts most after a set of fly's or power cleans. I had the same thing happen 5 months ago on the opposite arm. If been lifting for about a year pretty much four times a week and this is the only pain i've had so far aside from normal muscle soreness.
