Palm Programming Security

    I posted in OT, but it might be more appropriate here.

    I am running a psychology experiment that uses a program called ESP, which runs from a PalmPilot, to collect data from participants. The data is stored in the internal memory of the PalmPilot and is accessed by synchronizing the Palm to a PC. The Institutional Review Board is concerned that the data can be accessed directly from the Palm, and considering that the data collected is can be sensitive at times, they might not approve my experiment.

    My question to you all, is, can you find out where the data collected from ESP is stored on the Palm and if it can be accessed without sync'ing with a PC.
