holy shit, these deliver a massive protein punch from the peanut butter. 1 serving (2 tbsp) of PB is 8g of protein I use about 2 servings per sandwich and eat 2 sandwiches, which is a total of 32g of protein. I need at least 2 glasses of milk to finish it off too which is another 16g of protein. Each slice of bread is 3g of protein so that's another 12g. 16g + 12g + 32g = 60g of protein. They are very quick to make and good for a snack. The only downer is the sugar in the jelly, which is about 20g per sandwich. I wonder if there any "lite" alternatives.
