i got tired of plain oatmeal
i put extra peanut butter, if that helps.
with pbj you might as well have put regular sugar in your coffee.
Unless it's natty pb and natty fruit preserves.
20oz 1% milk + 2 scoops ON
with king you're prolly talking Peter Pan extra creamy and smuckers.
are you bulking or cutting? I'm always looking for alternatives to plain oatmeal....this week: special K cereal bars....
That's what my breakfast looks like every day.
Kashi cereal with skim milk.

it was skippy extra crunchy, low fat. though i didnt really want low fat, it just happened to be the only thing i could find in the cabinet.
and smuckers strawberry jam.
neither. just trying to cut out sugars, for the most part.
not really doing any lifting. just running 30 minutes a day to up my endurance.
