Highly recommend power zone programs, way more efficient then guessing cadence/resistance during regular classes

I'll try one tomorrow. Any recommendationsbeen doing this for years now. Works so much better than yoloing every ride when looking for performance gains.
endurance if you want long zone 3 intervals (5+ minutes each)I'll try one tomorrow. Any recommendations
OK that's what I need to know. I'll queue it up. Feel free to drop in for morale boosting h5's boysyou should do one of the power zone collections though. Intro to power zones is a good one to get started
that's itDiscover your Power Zones program sound right? 5 weeks, 4 days a week.
I did a 60 min ride with Jess King today. She was nipping hardDid a 30 minute Jess King ride this afternoon for a break. Ended up duelling some guy for 4th place in the 45-odd person session I was in.
I like sessions that have 40-50 people. Gives you a solid challenge and direct competition the whole time.
I came from outdoor riding. Got in a habit doing that, and since our winters are an eternity I committed to a bike to keep it up.I like seeing more folks ride, any of you guys transition to outdoor riding once the peloton got you hooked on riding in general?
823 feet of elevation?New 60min PR today - 823.

I just took the 60 min Climb Ride with Christine D'Ercole
Taken by FredCèrvélōDDS on the Peloton Bike. Give it all with live & on-demand studio classes with world class instructors, right from home.members.onepeloton.com
It’s actually “easy” also you spend a lot of time at “easy” paces so you become better at pedaling which leads to better outputsI'll start tomorrow. Already see a 60 minute ride in there![]()
I would imagine that Peloton keeps those rides pretty entertaining. My zwift rides are pretty darn boring. Nothing to really take your mind off the next interval, the interval your in or the burn you're feeling.I'll start tomorrow. Already see a 60 minute ride in there![]()
I feel like I’m making actual progress vs the chaos that are the regular classes… like I feel like I could go bike 100 miles![]()

endurance if you want long zone 3 intervals (5+ minutes each)
power zone if you want medium length in zones 3,4 and some 5
power zone max short length in zones 5+
Olivia is my favorite instructor but Matt is the most experienced with PZ.

I'm through three weeks of the "Discover your Power Zone" class and it's pretty easy. I tried a 30 minute Olivia pop ride on my day off today and put in a similar average to what I was before the PZ training, and... It MIGHT be my imagination.... But I think it was easier. I'm really looking forward to these next two weeks and some longer/harder PZ rides.I would imagine that Peloton keeps those rides pretty entertaining. My zwift rides are pretty darn boring. The next level power zone program is even better… you’ll feel like you can do a triathlonI'm through three weeks of the "Discover your Power Zone" class and it's pretty easy. OK great. I noticed there's another program "Building your power zones" which is appealingThe next level power zone program is even better… you’ll feel like you can do a triathlon![]()
Yeah that’s the one, it’s a lot of 60min rides in zones 3, then more intense rides in 4-7OK great. I noticed there's another program "Building your power zones" which is appealing
