You can eat wheat pasta if it makes you happy but regular and wheat are still pretty close. It's pretty much the same as eating bread, potato, or any other form of starch. Around 100 cals per ounce....good if you're bulking, but if you want to lose weight without eating like a bird, avoid it at all costs or eat Dreamfield's pasta instead.
I wouldn't know how to live without pasta. It's good for you by itself, but typically, especially when served in restaurants, served with heavy butter or heavy whipping cream making it horrible for you
