    far from here.
If you got meds, I'm assuming that you got both an anti-depressant/anxiety medication. I'm also assuming that you got a tranquilizer of sorts (Diazepam/valium, or xanax, who knows what else). Is the tranquilizer only temporary? I ask because I don't want to become dependant on something else after quitting smoking ( a full week now, and not one craving *cheers*).

I'll take the tranquilizer just because anxiety/panic episodes really suck, though I'm better with them now because I better understand what is going on. I just don't want to form a dependancy :hs:. It's really nice to not crave cigs so far...I rather like the freedom, and I don't want to feel that ever again really...

So, how long were you on Tranquilizers, and how did you handle it?
