ive read it strengthens your wrists doing knuckle pushups. recommended to keep your weight on your index and middle knuckles.

Get a set of dumbbells and then you have the same kind of handles you can position any way you want, PLUS weights to do something effective.

good for the height, i just wouldn't do the twisting part IMO
