So, New year, New work and School schedule = New chances and making change. So hear I am. As of January 8th i'll be free to work out more and actually spend time in the gym. I lost my first 55 lbs on diet and very little exercise. i know how to eat so I'm not in here for that(though I'll occasionally ask for help because i think i'm gonna need some more proteins). I'm 5'6", 157 lbs. I mostly want to tighten my body up, get stronger and lose a few more dress sizes. what ever weight goes with that, I'll be happy with it as long as I have a 24 inch waist.
