30 sec exp, and f 11 with kit lens.
well you photographed a crappy garage. I guess you can check that off your to do list. Any more intresting subjects or perspectives around?
What was your reasoning for black and white?
D'uh.. B&W makes it better....
exposure looks fine, but I gotta agree with viper... not a very interesting subject.
i actually really liked the trashy look of it, i dunno kinda primative in a sense.
yup, that's a picture.
would love to see more tree detail..
I would have lighten it alittle
that and the image looks a bit flat.
Some picture just aren't meant to be shot in B&W. There's nothing interesting going on. I want to see the delapidated (sp?) wood and icky moss growing on the garage doors. And the brightness in the background behind the tree sort of disrupts the dark mood of what's going on with the subject. I'm no art major though, I'm just giving you some criticism.
I like it better in color...
sweet thanks guys, let me try it in color. I am gonna try the shot again but this time bring a flash light to put detail back in the trees
instead of taking the same shot again, why not try a different view? at least if you really, really want to take this particular garage, try to find a more interesting thing about it to shoot.
i am goign to try that later today. perhaps at a lower angle shooting up.
