I can do it with php + MySQL, but I need to adapt it for Oracle databases.

Search for "oracle" in the function list. You'll find all the functions you can play with as well as sample code. I haven't played with PHP + Oracle, but the info you find there should get you started. If you're still stuck, you may want to see if you can find a tutorial out on google.com...
