I put on a shirt I haven't worn in a few months...its not a little loose is a lot loose
that's what happens when you weigh 160 and you're putting on a double XL, buddy
I was curious actually if dieting/ overtraining causes depression.
There is more than enough reading material on that subject. Actually, for proof just attend one bodybuilding show and see if you can get backstage...
shit, they'll think he's in the show
edit: when i first saw that i thought you meant the difficulty would be in getting backstage. now that i'm done being an idiot, i understand that you mean see how they act backstage
shit, they'll give him a trophy
Dieting just puts me in a shitty mood because I feel like I'm dragging ass most of the time. I just get a general kind of lethargy when dieting.
Right after a meal I feel like I'm superman though.
thats where your pal ephedrine picks up the slack
Or in this case my pal Ergopharm AMP. I was flying high yesterday, I think I'm gonna try it on an empty stomach or up the dosage though.
yeah im gonna try that stuff out pre workout when i cut instead of ec because its not a vasoconstrictor
i'll agree with you on this one.. At our local Wendy's burger place is this black dude that is the biggest and most ripped person i've ever seen in real life. I'm not sure if somethings wrong with him but when you talk to him, he's overly polite. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with being polite but he kind of over does it. For example, if you order a drink, he'll turn around and make it, and even if you don't have to wait but 5 seconds for it, he'll be like here you go sir, sorry for the wait sir, is there anything else i can get for you sir. Saw him for the first time at the gym the other day inclining 315 no problem.
can steroids have any kind of mental effects on users? I'm just wondering if he took too many or the wrong way or something that caused something to snap in his head..
it has nothing to do with the personality, its only mood. If you are generally "overly" nice as you say, then dieting and being a bber isn't going to change it.
I'm normally an asshole, so when I diet I"m still an asshole...just a lot more ripped.
and Christophers wasn't being serious. He was taking a general shot at bber...because he's just a pler
I dont get that cranky when im dieting, however, I do feel tired alot of the time.
same goes for being elite in many fields....take a look at actors and musicians they are all insane
yes its true
i'm a lot more moody/agitated when dieting
I don't have a problem while dieting it just sucks that it seems to take forever to shed some fat.
yeah...i feel fine when dieting...but nothing compared to how good i felt after downing a huge meal while bulking...fuck i miss that
ive been feeling really tired since I have been working out every day.
I have no problem dieting. Physically I feel better...overeating or eating too much of the wrong foods tend to easily give me indigestion. I just tend to get really obsessive/ compulsive and abit anxious.
