You working out at home still? If I was doing that I would just do full body workouts EOD 3 x a week. Just do like one set per body part for 3-4 sets. You’re gonna keep growing even with a slight deficit at the point you’re at.

I was thinking while I did legs last week and could barely hit 12 plates on leg presses for 12x3 that Meanwhile ur over here throwing up 20 plates with enough volume to kill a gorilla. I could maybe do a single rep with 16 and I would probably have to crawl out of the gym. My spine would jump out of my back and run away if I tried 20. BRB killing myself
I figured out why I’m able to do 10. This one gym has a lower angle leg press machine that I can do 10 plates 4x10

In the steeper angled Leg press machine, i cap out around 7-8 plates at side for my working sets of 10

So honestly it’s just a product of that leg press machine the gym I go to has that day since I cycle between 4 different gym locations

Gross don't waste calories on that garbage. On my cheat days I like to go for quality shit. Like if I want ice cream I'm going to a nice parlor not buying a pint of blue bell. If I want pizza I'm not ordering dominoes.
Oh I fuck with fancy pizza as much as I fuck with little Caesar’s :rofl: :yum:

This is the pizza place I want to try next though

@Phil NJ is right - you should still see some modest gains even in a deficit because i just read you arent that seasoned/havent lifted too long (this matters a lot), take it easy, enjoy the clean food, dont overthink it, have a cheat once a week after your first 3 weeks of clean eating and no cheats during those first 3 weeks and enjoy the process

Never had to do this shit in my life. Dragging ass every day. Once im in there after 4-5 sets its on but damn.

Take a few days off and go walk/bike outside instead

or you could just squat
