also this is low weight stuff I'm doing here anyways I'm maxing out at 300 for reps since with my ankle I can't push it any higher than that, any other issues aside

but still you're right risk/reward is way off so I'll just do hyperextensions for a little while
Try putting an emphasis on reverse hyperextensions

Tell Landon - he is incredibly mindful of injuries.
yep already talked about it at length and we both determined taking the week off is the smart move as much as it's going to make me lose my motherfucking mind not to train this week

at least I got a killer Monday session in and I can ride that wave for a couple days :wtc:

i think meals on a cut are easy, i have my lean proteins that i like etc etc. the biggest decision for me is always what i want to have as a pre-bed snack

traditionally it's been the protein low-cal ice creams like Nicks and Enlightened. we'll see how I feel this year, but I sorta want to get more grams of protein in before bed this time.

i loathe eating a true "meal" after 8:30pm

How are you liking the program so far?
I wish I wasn't sick during the meat of the schedule. I'll definitely run it again down the road. I like how you're forced to deadlift or squat every lift. So far so good but I'll have a better review in about 5 weeks when it's done.

Out of curiosity, how long did this workout take you to complete?
It takes longer to set everything up at home. Right now it's 75-85 minutes. I could see doing it in an hour at a full gym. It's only 3 days a week so I don't mind a longer session.

lol I thought you were gonna say like two hours. That's a ton of work.
