lol so i'm supposed to drop to 300g of carbs a day this week until the weekend when i need to load up at 500g each day on sat and sunday to get back at it next week

how the fuck do I even get that many carbs god damn I have a hard time hitting my current goal even eating 3500 net cal a day
Rice is always the easiest for me. I can eat a ton and it's not very filling

Don't overthink it. Keep protein high, lift hard, and what you do eat make sure it's micro nutrient dense.

You'll keep the muscle. Sure you'll lose some glycogen but that will return after you're done
Helps if you're really overweight too. You get to a point of leanness where you eventually start dipping into your muscle, but if your body has a ton of chub, it'll use it properly before it goes and gets your muscles.

Definitely don't think I'm lifting better, but the dehydration makes you look juicier

What kind of insensity are you going a, like RIR at end of sets?

My chest/tri and back/bi days are 15 sets (9 chest/6 tri and 9 back/6 bi) and I’m starting to get light headed by the end. I’m at 0-1 RIR at the end of each set. Couldn’t imagine doing as much volume as you posted in one day :eek3:
The program is 2-3 days a week. I do 3 per. This part of the program is only 3 weeks.

I only had the one (insane tolerance) after finishing a handle of cuervo mixed with Sunny D. It's all we had, lol. But I wasn't lifting back then.

Sounds like a superpower to me!

Yes but it’s probably more because I crushed a large pizza or carb loaded before going to bed. I’ll then wake up throughout the night and wind up drinking 64oz of water because I’m so thirsty from being dehydrated and the sodium from the pizza.

I wake up massively bloated so I put on a baggy sweater and go to the gym to crush some weights.

I usually lift fasted so having those 2000 calories in me from the night before feels fucking awesomw
