Was wondering about some crunch. Only thing is I'm never adding carbs at that point of the day while on my cut. I usually have about 300-400 calories saved up, and if I'm so close to going to bed and can stay 100 or so under I feel even better about it.i do that combo for post lunch but with granola also

So in the past I've always just taken a week off every 5-8 weeks but want to try running a deload week for the first time. Sleep still solid but overall I'm dragging ass even after bumping up calories a little.
Is it really as simple as just working the same volume with just lighter weight? Do I go to failure on all sets? Keep RIR? How many? What do y'all find works best and what doesn't work so well?
