I got high and did a Kodiak maple and brown sugar oatmeal with a half scoop of vanilla casein and some cinnamon.

So delicious dudes

This is my new evening snack
It's not gonna taste as good as you remember when you're sober

My go to breakfast .5c Kodiak cake mix with 2 scoops whey and sometimes throw in an egg or 2, top with super low cal sugar free syrup.

Also, vanilla + cinnamon is such a fire combo for shakes too. It’s like a makeshift horchata.

I'm asking for some detail, not some penis ass response like this.
300 cals, 26 protein, 36 carb, 5 fats

I’ve got cleaner rolled oats and sugar free maple syrup on da way gonna try to get more protein powder in there

i do that combo for post lunch but with granola also
Was wondering about some crunch. Only thing is I'm never adding carbs at that point of the day while on my cut. I usually have about 300-400 calories saved up, and if I'm so close to going to bed and can stay 100 or so under I feel even better about it.

So in the past I've always just taken a week off every 5-8 weeks but want to try running a deload week for the first time. Sleep still solid but overall I'm dragging ass even after bumping up calories a little.

Is it really as simple as just working the same volume with just lighter weight? Do I go to failure on all sets? Keep RIR? How many? What do y'all find works best and what doesn't work so well?

Retarded questions, I know, but had to ask

the methodology I use is, first of the week is working weight, but half the reps and fewer sets. so "hard" but not challenging". and then second half of the week is 1/2 weight and 1/2 reps, so extremely easy.
