Yep, this works for me too. I just replace higher calorie snacks and cuts of meat with lower calorie ones and with my exercise volume that's enough to stay lean. Eventually it gets boring though, I feel like it's easier to stay motivated if you have a goal other than maintaining... lose fat, gain muscle, etc.
Exactly.

96/4 beef, fat free cheddar, keto buns, cut and blanch your own potatoes and use cooking spray and an air fryer.

Bam, burgers and fries for lunch or dinner with a 60-70g of protein at ~700 calories.

lmoa so I booked a couple nights in tybee island on the way to Siesta Key so I didn't have to drive the whole way all at once and just realized the only gym on the entire island is a YMCA

it's been like 25 years since I stepped foot in one but apparently this one has a shockingly well stocked gym so I guess we'll see what happens

YMCA can be pretty nice, they run the whole gamut

careful with cooking spray

there's like up to 1000 servings inside the can so they can say its like 0-2 calories

it's not like a big number or anything, but it's absolutely not a 0 calorie thing

someone else did the maths:

  • An average-sized can contains roughly 500 servings. Since each serving has calories, it adds up. Typical cooking spray will have nearly 1,000 total calories.

Oh yeah I use it sparingly. Just a few short sprays and shake the veggies around to give them a light coat.

I mean, it's just oil but it's easier to apply it in a lighter fashion. If you're wanting a bit of oil on your veggies, it's way easier to give a spritz of Cooking oil spray vs trying to coat it by glugging in oil from the bottle

I don't go quite that far with burgers. Burgers are sacred :o

I just save them for cheat day, 85/15, blue cheese crumble

That little 24 hour key card access gym on siesta key however, I am pretty sure it’s going to be too busy to offer guest passes so I might have to make a trip to the mainland for Monday through Wednesday
