Exactly.Yep, this works for me too. I just replace higher calorie snacks and cuts of meat with lower calorie ones and with my exercise volume that's enough to stay lean. Eventually it gets boring though, I feel like it's easier to stay motivated if you have a goal other than maintaining... lose fat, gain muscle, etc.
96/4 beef, fat free cheddar, keto buns, cut and blanch your own potatoes and use cooking spray and an air fryer.
Bam, burgers and fries for lunch or dinner with a 60-70g of protein at ~700 calories.
