Strong2nd week in a row I’ve struggled to pull 405.
Decided to temporarily end this cut. Down 20lbs which is great but can’t allow my favorite lift to drop below 405. Going to eat at maintenance this month and get it back up to 405x5/465x1 before I reassess.

I can’t tell if my liquid is working but I def feel pumps the day after liftingDid back, wasn’t until today that I’ve had pumps so intense to the point they’re uncomfortable.
