Physique & Powerlifting Crew v2 - Swolier Than Thou

2nd week in a row I’ve struggled to pull 405.

Decided to temporarily end this cut. Down 20lbs which is great but can’t allow my favorite lift to drop below 405. Going to eat at maintenance this month and get it back up to 405x5/465x1 before I reassess.

took the day off to rest my shoulder and catch up on sleep despite my brain telling me i'm a failure and a pizza chit for doing it
