Hopefully I will get to try a little rabbit hunting with it this weekend.
I'm very conflicted... I love 870's but hate camo patterns. Long guns should be parkerized with black stocks, or blued with wood stocks. Those are the only options.
Looks like fun, but then, I have a 12GA addiction, so I might be biased.
I wanted the camo mainly for Turkey hunting, their eye sight is phenominal. Plus it will keep the glare to a minimum.
This is what it is replacing........
Remington Sportsman 58
Still might do a little rabbit hunting with this one, thats about all it's good for since it has only a Mod. barrel on it.
Why are you replacing the Sportsman? It looks great
Thats how a shotgun should look. I know the camo is practical, I just don't like it... kinda like the dentist.
I wanted kind of a all-in-one gun that I can use for everything.
............Plus I got a pretty good deal on it.
I know what ya mean
HAHAHA... honest to god I didnt see the gun for the first 5 seconds or so. I was looking for a wood trimmed shotgun and kept staring at the table and black part of teh case trying to make out a gun figure...
That camo is really working apparently.
Sounds like I already got my 1st Turkey!
