Picked up a new powder for Post-Workout Shake, fucking delicious. Anyone else use it?

    I always see "scoops" used as a term of measurement. Do all protein containers come with the same size scoop? Or am I just a fucktard :wackit:

    A little bit, like $20 for a 2.5lb tub, but not a big deal since it's only a PWO mix and the store that sells it is about 3 blocks from my apartment.

    With 60g of Carbs I can make alot of my worst tasting protein taste like a milkshake

    Yeah plus at 4 scoops per serving, 2.5lbs aint gonna last a long time.

    12 workouts so around 2 weeks.

    $40 a month for PWO shakes.

    diluted gatorade + creatine mono = cheaper and lasts a lot longer than one month :dunno:

    edit: also doesn't have that crazy ass nutrition lable.

    Yeah, I could pile that in with my protein and shit, but that's a lot of work.

    A shaker, some water, and a couple of scoops is a hell of a lot easier than all that.

    I live literally like a 5 minute walk from my gym so I'm within the window when I get home.
