I owe pretty much everything I know about diet and fitness to F&N, so I figured I'd let you guys see my progress thus far.

I have been lifting 3 days a week, no splits just straight up full body each day. My diet has changed dramatically, but I haven't been good with keeping numbers. I can simply say 3,000+ cal/day, including 100-120g protein. Not ideal, I know, but I'm trying to get there.

Weight has gone from 132 to 142. I'm 5'10", so yeah I'm still fucking small. At least now I have the confidence in knowing it doesn't always have to be that way. Thanks to you guys of course. :bigthumb:

    Flame away.

[Edit] - Ok, make that 2 months. Apparantly I fail at math. And I'm wearing the same underwear...

I actually tend to focus more on tri's than bi's, but it doesn't show. :wtc:

Reminds me, no leg pics because well... they haven't changed much in 2 months and weren't impressive to begin with. I don't neglect them though, I've seen enough timber pics to know better.

At the beginning, I think it's best to focus on the most meat-producing lifts. You'll be able to focus on your bis and other details later on.

well executed thead. i hate progress threads where the before pic is relaxed and the after is flexed, not to mention the lighting gets progressively darker :mamoru:
