Pin pulls

    I have pneumonia and ringworm, so my doctor told me to do pin pulls to get rid of them. With that in mind:

    1) How wide should my grip be?
    2) How wide should my stance be?
    3) Knees bent a lot, a little, or locked?

    I thought they normally only prescribed pin pulls as a cure for otherwise terminal diseases like AIDS?

    I'd be careful bro, pinpulls are pretty strong shit. Very easy to develop liver toxicity.

    Pin pulls will make you grow too fast and you'll get stretch marks!!

    That's what my doctor said...apparently the pin pulls stretch the ring worm to the point where it explodes off the skin.

    But seriously guys...how wide should my grip/stance be?

    I did them yesterday with a pretty narrow double-overhand grip (pinky finger on the innermost markings on the bar) and a shoulder width stance.
