I have been lurking here a while. I've been weight training seriously for aproximately 8 months. Since beginning to build my house I have gone down to 2 to 3 days a week and I never feel like dealing with the muscle fatigue I get when I do legs. So legs has suffered. Hope to get back to 5 days a week(including legs) in a month when the house is done. I have my own gym at home. Includes a cage, butterfly, smithbar, bench, chair, sets of dumbbells in 5# incriments going from 15# up to 45#, pull down cable/bar, rowing cable and lots of plates. It's all high qualitai Nautilus stuff. Got a awesome deal on it all. I eat semi-healthy. Some times I go a 3 days eating everything bad under the sun. Some times I go 3 days eating very healthy. I try my best to drink a protein shake after every workout. But miss sometimes. I don't take in near enough protein, imo. Weight 165# - Started at 160# with alot more fat. Dropped to 158# after a few weeks and have been adding muscle since. 5'10" Neck 15.25" Bi 14.5" Chest 40.25" Waist 33.5" Thigh 24" Sorry for the shoddiest picture ever. Only semi-recent one I have. Tell me how much weight I need to put on.
