Made a snoot for my Sb800 out of cardboard and a bongo tie. Shot these tonight.
I love #1 because I'm a piano player...but I think the mood the light creates is neat too
I love #2 and #3 because I'm a cellist...
I hope those cello pictures were taken right after a practice session, because that rosin isn't going to treat the varnish well if left on for a long time.
I want to fuck her in her snoot
my cello is so old, most of the varnish has worn away anyway
but imagine it made very shoddily out of cardboard
Form follows function. If it works, who gives a fuck if it's duct tape.
1 and 3 are
nice, I just got a box of black straws from amazon last week to make some.
Sorry for the blackberry cam pic, the dslr is still packed up from the last outing
#1 looks like it could be in a magazine ad
wow thanks. I only wish my piano didn't have those scratches on it. Doesn't help that i was built in 1884.
love the first one. and the scratches add some character to the photo, make it look like an old and much used piano. but the 2nd 2 pictures just look a little dirty to me. they would be great if you had wiped it off before taking the pictures.
I actually left the rosin on to add some character
to someone who doesn't play and has no clue what rosin is, i thought it just looked dusty
yeah I thought it was dust too
Perhaps a neat shot utilizing the lighting of the snoot, would be to take something similar to shot 3, with the light directed a little higher and overload the bow with rosin and then pull the bow across, catching the cloud and vibrating string.
and then maybe a little wider shot, with a hot, naked chick doing it.
where do I subscribe to your newsletter?
didn't think about that. maybe i'll do some shots tonight and clean it up and post in here for a compare/contrast?
I am working on getting this hot black chick in the studio, maybe i can bring teh cello in and have her doing this in a bikini
i was actually thinking this same thing... without the requisite OT hardon aspect. use a slow enough shutter speed to catch a touch of motion blur off the vibrating string too.
