Alright, so i go to cardio kickboxing classes on mondays and wednesdays of each week for 1 hour a day and i walk all the time. I'm going to college next year and I really wanna make the running back spot so I have to lose a lot of weight. I'm about 5'9 and i weight 167. At my classes we do a bunch of crucnhes and stuff but i still have a small "belly" sticking out and i get get rid of it. At school i stopped eating lunch so maybe that will help. But i cant get rid of it. What should i do?
