Police Officer Accidentally Shoots Two Teens April 8, 2008 - 3:20pm JESSUP, Md. - Howard County Police say a 14-year-old shot in the stomach is in fair condition after an officer's gun accidentally fired. A police spokeswoman says Dwayne Usery of Jessup was wounded by an undercover narcotics officer. Officers stopped two teens Monday night for questioning about possible drug activity in Jessup. As an officer got out of his car, his gun discharged, striking Usery and 15-year-old Garcia Wilson of Jessup. A single bullet struck both teens. Wilson was wounded in the arm. He was treated last night at a hospital and released.
