OK, let me start out by saying I'm pretty much a weight lifting noob. I've been putting on some muscle lately working with free weights. The biggest thing I've been working on is my biceps, mainly doing curls with free weights. I've been upping the weights pretty aggressively (maybe too much, I don't know). Anyway, I did my last set of curls about 3 weeks ago. I did 3 sets of the maximum weight that I could do 10 reps of each set. I felt fine after, nothing went wrong during, seemed just like a normal session. After taking about 5 days off, I picked up some real light weights to warm up, but I could feel, what I guess is my tendon, where it connects the bicep to the elbow, kind of repetitively twinge I guess, as I lift the weight. There's no pain at all, and it doesn't do it day-to-day, only while trying to lift. I just kind of feels like the tendon is repetitively spasming or twinging over-and-over while I'm lifting. This happens on both arms. I've been resting it, and like I said, it's been about 3 weeks since then, and I just tried again with like 15 lb weights and it still does that. So what'd I do to myself, OT?
