Not the same definition now, but better chest.
hard as hell... to look good doing. Abs and Pecs are stretched out so they dissappear unless you have good developement in them

those are good for your adverse abdominals. i just started doing those.
Agree with kit...hard to look good doing it. Easy to show flaws.
Have to have enough mass in the lats and back IMO.

This was the old pic when I was at my leanest. Now I weigh 15 lbs more, with 7 lbs of that water and probably 5-6 lbs fat.
