sesamin in the back, alcar in the front, everything else should be recognizable
that was a long time ago though. add 4 tubs of protein, green bulge, zma, BCAAs, amp, fish oil, flax seed, multi's, and everything else i forgot
how do you like Green Bulge? i'm thinking about getting some with my next order

still finishing my cee, but i should be done in a few days. i liked their red acid though so i figured it was worth trying
Wouldn't be much to see. All I have now is:
Omacor (perscription fish oil)
Activite multi MHP
Substance Watermelon (for workout shake) and Chocolate (for morning shake)
That's it. I keep it simple.
