I figure the more variation we have of food, the easier it will be to stick to our nutritional goals (expecially when cutting). It would be nice to get a big list full of good recipies when we want to try something different. Here is one of my favorites: 6 egg whites 2 broccoli stalks(i only use the flowerets) 4oz raw sliced mushrooms. I throw the broccoli and musrooms on a non stick pan and let them cook for a while, then throw in the 6 egg whites and scramble them all up. I have this zero calorie butter substitute stuff that tastes pretty good and will put a little of that on top with a little Franks red hot. It turns out to be around 200 calories, and I get a plate full of food that is very filling & tasty.
