every day at the shit I eat.....but at transforming body into the most shredded ive ever been for the summer pussy thats going to flock to my abs like pigs on shit. morning: 8 egg whites, 1 cup oats with blueberries. meal 2: syntha 6 1 scoop + water meal 3: 2 grilled chicken breasts w/side broccoli, 1 cup brown rice. meal 4: post workout isopure + 2 turkey burger patties + half an orange + 1 cup buckwheat. meal 5: salmon filet meal 6: cottage cheese, celery, natural PB. FTMFW. this is part of a yo-yo diet, when i feel flat i bump the carbs, possibly adding in some whole wheat pasta if im feeling very flat. if im feeling like i had too much, i will lower and drop some of the carbs. if i want a snack and some energy i will have a rice cake, i judge my body by what it tells me and i listen to it.
