food isn't a supplement
it isnt.. you take these things to supplement your food intake.. food = the base, the other stuff = the supplements.
You take the ginseng for energy? if so, how is it? My mornings are seriously lacking any sort of energy
Will do.. it's just that I get up every morning at 8:30.. get to the office at 9..nobody else gets there til 10:30, so for the first 2 hours of the day, I have no social interaction, so I don't really wake up completely.. it makes the rest of my day kind of groggy until I can get home and take a nap
lately I've been having 2-3 packs of oatmeal and some r-ALA (Glucorell) and it's been helping a bit.
CoQ10 is so expensive though
I sleep with a huge floor fan next to me because I need the sound in order to sleep and to drown out all of the other sounds in my room (and from the living room from the roommates).. so if I don't get up and immediately turn that fan off, I'm fucked and can't get out of bed.. I'm so conditioned to sleep to the sound that if I put my windows down in my car or blast the a/c, I start to get sleepy because it makes a similair sound.
I need an alarm that will turn off my fan and turn on my light.. that'd be the shit. I could probably get something at Radioshack or Home Depot and rig that up.. I've been using P-Seven to help me get to sleep and it works off the heezy.
I'll try stretching next week, the girlfriend is living iwth me now and she'd slap the shit outa me if i was stretching in bed while she was still trying to sleep.
Word..stretching in the morning feels soooooooo good.. you can feel it in your brain and shit, its crazy.. muscles get all tingly.. it makes me not wanna get out of bed.. i could just keep stretching and yawning..
