2 scoops white flood, 1 scoop green magnitude, 1 200mg caffeine pill
scoop o' whey. I don't fuck with stims.
i've been taking 1 scoop of white flood and 1 scoop of green mag for past 2 weeks
i like it so far
2 scoops jacked or 2 scoops of hemorage
currently, 10 mg superdrol preworkout
some sort of meal 1.5-2 hr prior to lifting
45-60min prior to lifting
15 min prior
4g creatine mono
Whatever I have for dinner. Pre-workout supplements are a waste of money.

Lately it's been:
1 hour pre-wo: protein shake
30 mins pre-wo: EC or nicotine gum/coffee
I only bother with stims before lifting, I lift at the end of the day and due to my job I'm frequently mentally tired.

Apple, bowl of oatmeal, couple scoops of whey, EC stack and green tea caps. Oh and usually a cup of coffee but that's more to wake me up/make me shit.

I'm usually lifting 30 minutes after I wake up and learned the hardway I need something on my stomach.

EDIT: sometimes a banana if I dont use the juice.
I used to do that, I loooooove peanut butter toast I had to stop though, I was cheating on the amount of pb I put on and having bread in the house presented too great a temptation.
1.5 hours pre:
2 scoops cytogainer
2 caps fish oil
1.5 scoops superpump

pre workout: black coffee + some carb
post workout: a big fucking meal of any protein + carbs + fats
