usually its just protein, milk. i heard i should add some kind of carbs. can anyone elaborate?
i assume malto is maltodextrin
how much of each?
2:1 carb to protein ratio
80g carbs 40g protein is the so called optimal
40g dextrose 40g malto end of story
or gatorade during workout then shake
then whole food 30min to 1 hour later
60 g whey protein shake with 15 g carbs
2 scoops of cell tech (10 g creatine, 75 g carbs)
1 3 Musketeers chocolate bar, 45 g carbs
yea I don't know shit about working you fat chunky bitch who will never be big.
what did he say that was wrong? if anything you are wrong and that much dextrose and maltodextrin isn't going to do anything but make you hyperglycemic. Hell, I think 80g is overdoing it for most people

ok, how about for my weight. im 146 pounds, 5'9 trying to gain more muslce mass. my bench is about 165-170. how much protien and carbs should i take, and how soon before the workout?
1 cup of oats, 2 scoops of protein, 1 banana, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Mine is two cups milk, 1 scoop whey, 1 cup oats, 1 bannana, 2 Tbsp Natty PB, 1 Tbsp honey.
My PWO shake =
2 scoops ON whey
