Is this decent?
Rice, black beans, chicken, corn, lettuce
Food is good. Just eat a lot of it.
That's the dangerous part....trying to eat 'right' cuz got a lot of weight to lose but want to lose the fat...
place I go to only serves white.....
Is it THAT much worse? Would I be better just cutting the white and getting extra black beans?
id do that, but im not such a huge fan of rice to begin with
Yeah, I can take or leave the rice really....was just there so thought it wouldn't be that bad
My postworkout meal (I'm cutting) consists of 1 scoop of ON whey in water, 1 slice of bread, and 15 grapes.
my post workout is a protein shake (40g whey), some wheat pasta + 2 scrambled eggs
It's good enough. A whey shake with dextrose would be better, but that meals fine.
