257 lbs. 225g protein on average
anywhere from like, 50g to 300g, totally varies
190 (trying to drop to 165) lb
M/W/F (hard aerobic/anaerobic days, plush pushups/situps): 100-120g
T/Th ("off"- just pushups/situps) 70-90g
about 150 g of protein
180lb, between 170g-200g
how tall are you though?
Thats down from what it was while bulking.

I usually try to get at least 230-250, sometimes it ends up around 300.
how the fuck am i supposed to count how many grams a protein a piece of chicken had? or whatever meat?
