I eat breakfast at 7am, and im hungry in 1h30m. I feel this is a major problem in my training as i have never eaten a large size breakfast. Just cereal, toast etc. I was having 1cup of oats, 50g protein on top of the other stuff but still didnt feel like i was being fuelled adequately.. looking for some inspiration from you guys that know about nutrition. currently looking to put on size but do so cleanly to minimise bodyfat, if that helps.
