i have a feeling this thread is going to make a lot of people cheat on their diets
god dammit that pizza looks so good.... cheat day is today but i was going to try and push it a couple days back but after seeing that pizza i'm done for.
Damn it... my cheat day was Monday since it was my birthday. Fuck this thread, and screw you for posting that Timber!
However, yeah, it's generally pizza.

last week i had pizza, macaroni salad, double baked potato, and an arizona Rx tea.
week before that was cains chickenwackit and a frescetta frozen pizza. christ i have to stop coming back to this fucking thread.
although last night i had eaten extremely conservatively so i would have some calories left over at the end of the day because i planned on drinkin', however i decided not to go so i took the 500 calories and got a quarter pounder lol.
2400+ cals ftw!
i am having cheat days everyday lately. gotta quit
at least it's got vegetables

thursday- rodeo cheese burger, small fries, and 8 piece nuggets
friday- 2 pieces of pizza
timber, your facial expression in the pizza pic cracks me up. did you do that on purpose or is that your body naturally telling you "oh fuck me i shouldnt be eating this"

I usually eat a stack attack and small fry or some general tso's
I had a whole cheat day yesterday. Carl's Jr steak and egg burrito for breakfast, in n out double cheese burger plain for lunch, no fries, Sonic double plain with tots for dinner.
I was giving it the tongue just before the pic was taken.
