Well, maybe its not reading material but I love the audio at http://www.infidelguy.com, there are a lot of shows on science, the best being with Dr. Massimo Pigliucci, an evolutionary biologist, and the funniest, a few with Kent Hovind, trying to explain the evils of evolution, lmao!! Michio Kaku has also appeared on the show, very, very interesting stuff.

I was lucky enough to hear Dr. Massimo Pigliucci give a talk when I attended UNL, it was what sparked my interest in the philosophy of science.
