I've been training with Kettlebells for 2 months now and I'm looking to change it up a bit. Most of my routine is taken from martial arts perspective with alot of cardio intensive work. I figured F&N is where I should look for a more power intensive routine. I'm currently using a 35lb Kb. The highest available at my gym is 44lb, but there is only a single.
