I’d just look at Deco frames

yeah, sorry worded that poorly, that's what I meant by saying 95% of people do. They do with the art deco look because that's basically the point of that TV.

I just find it a little bit boring though, and I'm really not trying to be pretentious but when you see the same thing in pictures over and over again it gets that way.

Same reason why I started hating certain desks from ikea that EVERYONE used and the entire "modern farmhouse" aesthetic that I'm glad we're finally moving away from as a society.

yeah, but those ones are boring, there's an entire group of people who build their own.

Hard to tell but the teak is on there now. I'm going with an art deco frame later probably. I got to pick one free and teak was my favorite of the available.

update on my 30 piece FedEx delivery

big FedEx truck pulls into my driveway today loaded with all 30 pieces (per the tracking info). Driver gets out and starts with the small boxes. He puts down 3 small boxes. Then he gets to the bigger boxes (like 36x36x10). He unloads one and puts it in the driveway.

He promptly gets back into the truck, marks all of the other ones as "Delivery Exception" and leaves. So I've received 5 of my 30 pieces. Guy had absolutely zero interest in delivering all the packages today.

I was also debating on a Ducky Shine 7, but 5 month waiting list and no built in wrist rest ftl.

It’s like the 4th Blackwidow I’ve had. I could have done without the return of the 5 macro keys. They also added 3 more macro keys on the left side of the keyboard. Anytime you move the board you press them so i disabled them in synapse. It’s a big board though. I’d been using a huntsman v2 tkl and going to the full size will take some getting used to. Moves the mouse mat further to the right. I prefer the feel of the red optical switches on the huntsman as well. Really wish for the $230 price it came with PBT keys like the huntsman.

I bought one earlier today with the green switches. I agree... at the price point it should have come with the PBT / doubleshot keys. It's a great keyboard, and I'm content with it so far, but I feel like it's priced $50 higher than it should be.

Sad thing is if you buy the razer PBT keycaps to put on it they don’t include the 5 macro keys.

I was actually considering getting the kit on Amazon but now knowing this I'll likely hold off....I'm too OCD to have keys that won't match the rest of the board.
