I love the little truck. It looks like the cartoon car that gets bullied by the sports cars but then wins the race.

My lead installer is really into these Kei trucks from Japan and I found this one locally so I'm buying it for him to do up as his personal project and eventually I will likely give it to him as a gift.

Yeee finally. Was stuck in Allocation since December. Maybe another month or so before my butt is sitting in a Z4 with an identity crisis.

ok, I need emotional support on this one because I hate spending money. Like I kind of want to puke but I'm also really excited. :hs:

Found on Ebay for 220. Offered 175. With shipping and tax comes to around 195.

Good deal or kill myself in a fire?
If you saved money and you wanted it, then it's a good deal.

I bought three copies of the paperback edition of Lone Survivor (2007). I have the movie on DVD and I have the audio book on audiobook CD and on Audible, but I also wanted paperback copies too. I wanted three copies in case I ruin one, I will always have two backup copies. I bought the three books from Amazon.

I have to say, I no longer want to buy war drama/war history books on Audiobook CD anymore because most war drama/war history books on paperback and hardcover have photographs and maps that let you follow along that Audiobook CDs do not. Also, I don't know of any boom box stereo (large CD player) or of any computer that can work properly after having 15 hours of audiobook played on it. Just my life experiences. Longevity for my electronic devices and the fact the paperback books have maps and pictures that explain what happens that audiobooks do not is why I recently went back to reading and not listening to books anymore.

Hell yeah brother. I dislike audiobooks as a principle, and not just cuz I became half deaf a couple years ago :mamoru:

Love my kobo ereader I think I read for leisure and learning at least 1.5-2 hours a day.

I just remembered. I have fairly good hearing but I almost could not deploy to Kuwait for my U.S. Army deployment back in 2005 because I failed my hearing test as the results were bad for my left ear. Weird.

Yeah, I am probably not going to listen to anymore MP3 players either. Just on my computer with speakers. But somewhat quiet volume too. And only for music and not audiobooks as I will go back to reading books, for the most part, from now on.

Did it ever affect your ability to sing along on beat?
I don't know about that one.

But it was weird how I could not hear very quiet things on my left ear that don't really affect anything but they almost did not let me go. Strange.

Bought this as a project in December but just finished up with fully wrapping it in Xpel Stealth satin PPF, Xpel Prime XR Plus full tint, black emblems, powder coat black wheels and coated with Modesta BC-04 nano-titanium glass coating on body and BC-06 high temp coating on wheels and calipers.

Negotiated a deal on another little project vehicle for my staff to fuck around with today. Would have the deal done on this 1997 Honda Acty 4X4 by the end of the week. Going to do a quick refurb on this one with new wheels/tires, tint and what not for a fun little runner.

Should look something like this when done:
