Who is it?
He's strong as balls, but lb for lb, I would definitely say Preemo.
Damn premo looks fucking crazy. wow wee.
my money's on preemo.....last i witnessed he put up a 335 bench and deadlifted 500 at low 150s bodyweight...thats 2+ x bw bench and 3+ x bw dead....and just to stroke his cock a little more he can do one handed pullups too
i think his bench is up since then as well
Bench is only decent, so are squats and deadlifts.
One arm pullup with 25lbs is only thing I can do.
my money is on preemo. But what the fuck? you can do one arms with 25lbs? thats asscrazy!
With the r. arm only though and holding a 25lb dumbell in the left arm.
that is way asscrazy...what's your bodyweight?
The gym is anal about using cell phones on the floor or changerooms because of the cameras. But I asked one of the trainers if I could take a vid one day and he said sure so... maybe one day.
I would also have to go with Preemo.... Dude is really strong from the numbers I have seen and he weighs just under 160 freaking lbs!
I can double my weight in bench (weighed 198 and put up 405) but there is no way in hell I can do one arm pullups, especially with weight attached. I think a majority (if not nearly all) of the guys putting up big numbers on here are over 200lbs... I am at 210lbs now and gaining by the week.
imo vertical leap is probably the best determinant of strength to bodyweight
i doubt I would be the strongest but close
youre just jealous
power yes, and it is pretty technique and biomechanically independant method of testing. Obviously has nothing to do with upper body strength but I think it is more valid than squat. I have seen guys put 50-60 pounds on their squat in one session by changin techniques. I have also seen guys who were built to deadlift.
when I was in high school I had a 30" standing vertical, not the greatest when you compare to good athletes but compared to the average person pretty decent and I could't lift anything back then. So I don't know if that would be completely accurate for everyone.
5'6" I think.
wow first pic i've seen of him since hearing his name while lurking of F&N. he is now my idol.
my standing vertical jump in high school was 24''. on a normal hight celing (i think 8 feet high?) i could do a step then a jump and hit my head on the celing. (i'm 5'6'') it was fun because a couple of times i would hit the damn celing pretty hard, but not enough to injure myself... (i think, i seem to be dumber since high school). but now i can't do it anymore because i wieght over 30lbs more. but i'm alot stronger in every single aspect. well shit, i'm gonna try to hit my head on the celing when i get home.
i rarely see asian man so jacked up like that.
worst ae ever. diaf
