Who is it?
BDR might be the correct answer.
i think bdr is the only one to do 10x bw, or closest to it.
small little strong fucker
depends, we talking gym lifts no equipment? Pound for pound makes it a bit different to. My best bench was at 198 but on a ton of harsh shit, so does juice count? Too many variables chief. And pound for pound dont mean dick, fat an water dont make you stronger lol.
Pound for pound ratio I would have to say BDR.
Second to that would maybe be Preemo.
BDR is over 200 lbs but has stupid high totals and Preemo while not nearly as strong as BDR still pushes impressive numbers and doesn't even weigh 160lbs.
he's totaled elite+ at 220, 242 an 275
More than what most European cars weigh.
Theres alot more stronger guys than Preemo.
Pound for pound though... other than BDR and Pur back in the day?
If I remember correctly he weighs 155lbs and benches 360, squats nearly 500, and deads even more. Don't quote me on the those numbers though... I am sure someone else has more accurate max's for him.
geared lifts don't count
Where can I upload the excel file?
By the quick glance it looks like on the bench it's Preemo, Chris3g
squat... Mike McDermott, ccrooks
deads... Hamster, Formz
knucks deads 520+ raw at like 160...
What's the point of even suiting up if you need it to pull 500lbs @ 250 bodyweight.
lol@bi dam ray
PS ray please dont squat my house, and throw it in a ravine.
That's right. How did I forget.
Christ Evo. The Lat spread is ridongculous.
"pound for pound" BDR @ 220 is probably stronger raw than most people here.
But who really gives a shit.
So you can tell the average person (who has no knowledge of lifting gear) that you lift more than you really do. That's the whole point of using equipment.
Ive pulled 600 at 190 but that is easily and by far my best lift.
