What do you guys think about roadbiking while training for powerlifting meets. I am an avid cyclist and riding season is starting again. I am also very into powerlifting and I am currently training for my next meet. I am always sure to eat sufficient food and do not ride to lose weight or anything just for general physical fitness and to build endurance. Is this going to hinder my strength gains? I don't plan on getting all too crazy. Maybe 10-15 mile rides during the week and one 20-30+ mile ride on the weekends.
