Hmm, so I do the powerlifting routine to gain strength, but still watch what I eat and don't plan on getting huge and fat just to be able to do 3 exercises well. I also run and play sports. I think a cross between both is good.
What are there thoughts on strong man training? It incorporates strength for lifting random objects like in real life along with some endurance and athletecism.
So, where did you find this?
Does the person who does this compete in anything... Sounds liek another poser to me.
