Benchpress Warmup: 45x10 135x10 225x10 Unchartered territories: 315x1 (went up really ugly but quick) 325x1 (went up nice and smooth) 330xfail (next time!) 225x13 (to failure) About 9 weeks ago I was maxxing out at about 225x11 and 295x1. I was stuck at this for months. My dad suggested a new routine for us try. My dad also was on this routine. He started off with a max about 225. Ended up doing 225x6 250x2.
