225 bench. wasn't completely hard, 230 seems feasible.
that brings my total to 940
my goal is to hit 225 x 3 by August, but since I lost a few pounds I can't match my freak day of 205 x 5 a few months ago
congrats....2 wheels was a mental block for a long time....could rep 215 for 3-5 but couldn't touch 225....nice work bro

I want to pull 405 in the next few weeks. I'm sure I can do more than a 315 squat, but I'd much rather just work my ass off and then break my PR by a larger margin than just 5lbs
